Tyler has an extensive career within the advertising production space spanning twenty years working across print, and digital for several agencies including. Tyler started his management career in production over ten years ago taking responsibility for several teams as large as 30 working on branding, TVC’s, print and digital.
In his most recent role as Production Director Tyler was responsible for the entire digital team, two Senior Digital Producers, a Studio Manager and an external development team both Front End and Back End. Tyler has vast project management experience working Agile across multiple industry verticals including finance, automotive, tourism and FMCG. Terence is looking to continue his development and add more strings to his bow.
Tyler is an extremely personable people manager that is results driven and an empowering, motivational manager. Tyler takes pride in his success performance managing juniors developing several into Senior roles.

CARL | DIGITAL & SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT PRODUCER
Carl is an experienced advertising professional that has worked in administration for a large international agency, account services, digital production and social media. Most recently Carl has studied Content Production at a reputable digital educator before freelancing within several industry verticals for the last two years.
During his career Carl spent several years acting, TV presenting and working in theatre before going back into advertising with a healthcare organisation as an Account Manager in 2011. Carl Then focused his career more towards Social Media Marketing and Production.
Carl is a naturally creative individual that is a talented writer, he has built experience in video & film production using Adobe Premier and Adobe Creative Suite. He also has experience with social listening tools Hootsuite, various CMS, Ad Words and a basic knowledge of Html coding.
Carl is a strong communicator that has excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. he presents very well and comes across friendly and personable. Cooper is looking to further his career and develop his skills in production even further.

AMIT | DATA CAMPAIGN ANALYST
Amit is a passionate data and campaign analyst and a programmer. As an analyst, he has worked on numerous projects where he has been responsible for producing actionable and meaning full reports for different parts of the business, including Loyalty, Direct and In-Direct Marketing, Market Research, Operational Performance, Sales Performance.
Amit has strong data skills and is use to handling large sets of data for reporting purpose. He thoroughly knows tools like Excel, SPSS, SSAS Cube and SQL and can easily create data and statistical models.
On the programing side, Amit has strong VBA skills and has worked as a programmer for 1,5 years in Market Research Industry, where he created automated SQL Server reports and dashboards, using SSRS to provide real time data to the stakeholders.

Annie is an experienced client services professional with a strong pedigree, working at Sydney’s leading agencies 2014. With over 5 and a half years’ experience in digital and integrated marketing across, ATL, BTL and CRM campaigns, Annie is now in the market for a new challenge as an Account Director where she is working in a team that has good structure, focused on growth of the business but also the people and in an agency where she can be involved in challenging work.
Previously, Annie has worked across FMCG, Finacial, Automative , Consumer Electronics and Alcohol. She is a super switched- on and capable suit who has bolstered her bachelor’s studies in advertising with a Master’s in International Business as well. Her studies and experience thus far have allowed Arianne to develop a strong tool kit which comprises of commercial acumen, strong relationship skills, account and client growth, revenue and budget management and team leadership.
