CHARLIE | DIGITAL MARKETING/ACCOUNT MANAGER
Charlie is a humble yet experienced digital marketing professional who is currently working as a Digital suit in a leading platform-marketing agency working on a global automotive account.
Charlie is a buttoned-down suit who presents very well and is able to work across a number of different business streams within the marketing realm.
With a double degree in marketing and accounting, he was picked in the grad program for one of the leading telcos where he’s had the opportunity to gain valuable experience across content, social, digital, project management, etc.… in addition to being the SME on the launch, delivery and maintenance of Marketo across Australia and Singapore.

With over 5 years experience in the advertising and media landscape, she is a specialist in client service, end-to-end campaign delivery and team/agency management.
Nichola strives for simplicity in everything she does and isn’t afraid to question the status quo. She values the power of good relationships and believes it’s key to great work. Nichola is insight driven, results orientated and also possesses a strong digital background. She has worked across some big brands like Optus, Woolworths and the Federal Government (DFR).

LISA | DATA ANALYST
Lisa is a passionate data analyst that enjoys getting insights from data and believes the importance of data-driven decisions. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering and has a 3-year work experience as a Software Engineer. Her strengths include extracting, transforming and combining data using SQL, R, Excel and Python, data exploration and visualisation through Tableau and R, and software development using languages like C#, C and Visual Basic.
Lisa is highly motivated and spends her free time learning and doing projects about data analysis like data visualisation, statistical modelling, machine learning, distributed computing and A/B testing.
Lisa is flexible and has proven ability to stretch her skills, learn new tools, and adapt to the needs of the organisation. She has good communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly. She also works well in teams and can relate to people in different cultures.
HILARY | BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE DEVELOPER
Hilary is an IT-driven individual with a great passion for data. She has started her career in industry as Business Intelligence developer in the back-end team at SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication). Her tasks ranged from the technical analysis of requirements, implementation of new functionalities in the data-warehouse till the follow up with testers and customers.
During her work in BI she has deeply extended her knowledge in SQL and Oracle, taking the certification “Oracle Database 12c: SQL Fundamentals” and as well learning all the details behind Oracle 12c.
When she joined SWIFT, she also started the process to bring advanced analytics to customers, with the use of Oracle R and new models for outlier detection.
Now she covers the position of Data Scientist in CSI (Customer Security Intelligence) a team that works closely with customers to detect malware in banks.
Hilary has built a transaction pattern detection model in R that investigates the key points of malicious transactions. Her knowledge in machine learning, text mining, R and Python are definitely helpful in this role.
Before joining the industry world Hilary worked one year in a north European country as a Researcher in the Software Engineer group. Thanks to her knowledge in machine learning she developed the publication “Checking App Behaviour Against App Descriptions” published in 2014.
Hilary is a fast learner and keen on developing new skills and adapting in a future role, she has an extrovert character, with a positive attitude towards life and work.
AMY | DIGITAL PRODUCER & MARKETING MANAGER
Amy is an experienced agency and client side contractor that has managed teams in the end to end production of numerous digital projects across all channels including, website builds, SEO, SEM, EDM’s Social Media, Display, banners and TVC’s.
Most recently Amy has been the lead producer in a contract position for The Cancer council working on a large national website, managing a team of 4 direct reports and a budget of $3 million. A project that is still underway and looking for completion towards the end of 2017.
In a previous position for The White Agency Amy worked on The Lion Nathan account executing briefs of medium size from $10,000 to $100,000 budget. During this time Amy was the key point of contact for the client and was responsible for all timelines and budgets.
Amy is a strong communicator that has an open and collaborative management style, she takes a hands-on approach and is a strong problem solver that has exceptional stakeholder management skills and a strong negotiator.

PAULA | DIGITAL PRODUCER & PROJECT MANAGER
Paula is a Digital Producer that is originally from a Print background that has spent the majority of her career in London. In her most recent role with Paula has been producing all manner of digital products including websites, microsites, banners ads, EDMs, rich media, social media and digital OOH.
Paula impressed during interview when discussing her achievements. Originally brought into her role to save a large financial account Paula became the main point of contact for everything from production through to development. The campaign included everything from out of home through to microsites and print. Thanks to her involvement her employer retained the account and won several more projects.
Paula is an ambitious professional that is still keen to expand on her skill set, she presents exceptionally and is confident in front of clients, she has extensive project management skills and a strong understand of the development process.

SARAH | MARKETING MANAGER
Sarah is a strategic, creative and accomplished marketing professional with over 10 years’ experience working for large multi-national brands such as Estée Lauder, Avon, MAC and Tom Ford. She is now looking to use her extensive knowledge and experience to help companies develop, execute and lead successful marketing and brand strategies. Her key areas of expertise include:
- Consumer and insight led brand strategy development, including market, consumer and competitor analysis, consumer research (qual and quant), brand positioning, targeting and creating short and long term marketing plans.
- Media strategy and planning, including managing and executing end to end multi-channel campaigns across digital, TV, print, outdoor and cinema. Has solid experience working with both small and large media/ advertising agencies.

- Product life-cycle management, including product forecasting, pricing, ranging reviews, inventory and financial management.

JEN | PR ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
Jen is a highly-seasoned, senior PR practitioner with over 13 years experience. Jen has valuable, lengthy experience with the heavy-hitter clients and businesses across the globe but maintains a close-knit, inclusive, supportive and collaborative approach to her work regardless. Her experience is rooted in traditional multifaceted PR and strategy, pitching and placement in these areas whilst also integrating Digital and Social PR to create holistic campaigns.
Jen has worked directly with travel and tourism clients as well on major events that promote tourism in various cities. She has worked with Qantas- on numerous projects both directly and via many of their sponsored and Ambassadorial programs such as Formula 1 Grand Prix, Australian Consulate General in Los Angeles and New York, Uni France, South African Embassy in Canberra (Through SA Films), South African Tourism, Indaba (South Africa’s largest tourism marketing events trade show), City of Sydney, as well as major hotels and hospitality venue and lifestyle projects that promote and integrate travel and tourism. She has incredibly sturdy media, stakeholder and industry relationships built over many years in local/ national level Australia & the US, with strengths in strategy, ideation, corporate communications, talent and event management and media advisory.
