John is an advertising agency professional that comes from a print and photography background but is now a fully integrated Producer and Client Services Manager that has worked with some of the biggest agencies in The World.
After relocating to New Zealand Juan was part of the team that opened a fully integrated advertising and marketing specialist that won a Cannes Golden Lion with their first ever campaign. The company now works with Automotive brands and a number of brands in high street fashion, turning over in excess of $0.5 million per month. Since leaving the company John has worked for a number of large international agencies in content focused Producer roles whilst developing a sound knowledge of UX, wire-framing and Agile methodologies.

Guy| Strategy Consultant- Fin-tech & Monetisation
Guy is a payment and fin-tech strategy specialist. He has recently made a successful transition from traditional financial services towards the new Fintech industry. Currently, Guy is responsible for establishing a product venture strategy on payments and omni-channel retail at a start-up innovation consultancy, as well as being an Agile Product Owner in mobile payments development projects.
Guy has spent more than 15 years in banking project roles in Big 4 banks as well as management consulting in payments for MasterCard. He had the opportunity to interact with senior management on areas such as strategy development, innovation scan, and project delivery. He has working experience across Australia, New Zealand, Asia and Middle East Africa regions.
Guy comes from a technology background which he has built on with an MBA and executive education in innovation. With a career that keeps pursuing “what’s next” in the industry, Guy has a passion in pursuing product innovations and business models that disrupt traditional financial services. He is passionate about continuing his career in the Fintech space.

Tony | Social Media Manager
Tony has a strong passion with all things digital and tech as it’s an ever growing part of any industry and organisation. He love learning new things, being able to think creatively and work collaboratively as some of the best creative solutions are created by all sorts of people with different experiences/backgrounds. All this while making sure I’m having a laugh, being honest with others and a strong willingness to grow my career.
Tony has just over two-years full-time digital marketing experience. For just over a year he was a Community Manager at a tuition startup that had visions to disrupt how students learn and ensured a work/life balance for these students. Tony grew their social media presence, relaunched their website and managed content streams through the different digital channels. Tony was also copywriting for the different marketing collateral and for their owned digital channels. He then moved into a fast paced agency role as a Community Manager servicing up to seven clients by handling their social media channels and digital channels.
Tony was building strong relationships with key stakeholders within the business, with clients and the likes of Facebook, Twitter, and Sysomos. Here Tony helped build the content strategy, owned the community management and managed content production with several brands.
Tony has a diverse range of skills such as project management, account management, data analytics, copywriting, content strategy and social strategy. Other projects he has worked on have been learning to code and developing messenger bots.

James | Senior Account Manager/ Account Director
James is currently is looking for a role within a supportive organisation that has the opportunity for professional growth and development. A strong operator, he’s currently doing extensive CRM, eDM, Mobile and Websites work on a portfolio of $1.5m. In his previous roles, he was working in a hybrid capacity in a client service and project management role, running digital campaigns whilst pushing the boundaries of mobile tech at the time (created the first augmented reality app). John presents well, is strategic in his thinking and would be a good fit at a digital first agency.

Gordon | Account Director
Gordon is a true hybrid, having worked at a boutique agency for the last 7 years, wearing a number of hats as the agency has evolved- everything from SAM/ AM (combined), Producer, Project Manager currently managing a portfolio of $650k a year (this would be much larger if he were operating in a bigger agency in a pure client service role).
Gordon works in an environment which is CRM and eDM heavy, across UX and UI, API Integration using Salesforce, can prototype (Axure and Balsamiq), Videos, Apps, etc. Previously, Gordon has worked at agencies within the WPP network totalling over 4 years. Gordon presents very well, and is finally ready to move on from his current agency as he has done everything possible here. He’s interested in working in an AD role where there is strategy involved with execution and where he has the opportunity to work on blue chip accounts.
Kristy| Account Director/ Senior Account Director
Kristy is currently working as a AD/SAD at a leading agency in Sydney, and has been instrumental in embedding a new business to the agency. Kristy is currently looking for a new opportunity in a big agency- she is currently at the stage ready to move on to a more integrated role. Has experience both in Australia and Canada, in some of the biggest names in agency land.
Kristy has extensive experience working across websites, eDMs, CRM, strategy, social, apps, TV and radio (amongst others). It is easy to see the confidence in Kristy when you meet her, which is backed by her work. Kristy has a number of written references from Australian and Canadian employers (available now) detailing her process driven nature with the ability to naturally curate strong client relationships and ability to negotiate with senior client management.

Stephen | Project Manager/Digital Producer
Stephen is an advertising professional that has recently relocated to Sydney having spent his entire career in London. Beginning his career in print whilst studying, Steven moved into digital with a company with a massively data-driven advertising agency working with clients mainly in financial.
Most recently Steven has been the Project lead on a number of projects for a 50 person agency that again is very data driven. During his time there Steven reported directly to the Creative Director and was solely responsible for an Airline account delivering end to end digital, print, email and television campaigns.
Steven has a broad skill set and is passionate about the advertising industry. He comes across as a hard working individual that understands what needs to be done to get the job done or a brief delivered on time. Steven is very personable and is able to build strong relationships both internally and externally, being the main point of contact for several clients.

Alison | Senior Account Director
Alison is currently working in an equivalent capacity of a SAD at a digital agency managing some of the agency’s largest clients. The main focus of this agency is monetising client databases and delivering quality leads through eDMs, lead form marketing campaigns, surveys, etc. She has previously freelanced at other big agencies prior to which she was in a Campaign Director/ Strategy role working across two blue chip property development clients. As part of this role, she worked on customer engagement strategies for some of Australia’s largest property groups across loyalty, proprietory web platforms, CRM, mobile and kiosk. In addition, Alison has worked at product houses and also at a promotional agency (7 years) managing a portfolio of $2m.
Alison comes from a strong client service pedigree with experience managing teams of up to 8 (AEs through to Ads), business development, communication and strategy. She presents very well and communicates as a SAD should.
