Yash is a senior marketing professional that has spent the last fifteen working with blue-chip advertising agencies, PR agencies and media buying houses initially as an account management executive and later as a creative agency head.
Having been featured in Campaign Middle East, Communicate Middle East and Gulf Marketing Review amongst many other leading publications, Yash specialises in organization management, client acquisition, client retention, advertising and strategic planning.
Yash has had the privilege of working for some of finest advertising networks in the world, which include Y&R, Grey Worldwide, Intermarkets (WPP Group) and has also taught marketing at under graduate level as a guest faculty member at Middlesex University’s Dubai campus.
Yash’s last role was as Managing Director of one of the most awarded and fastest-growing independent creative agencies in Dubai; Spark* Middle East. Yash was instrumental in building the agency from scratch alongside the agency to an annual creative billings of $10 million. Together they led Spark* to become independent agency of the year No.2 at Dubai Lynx 2016 and No.4 globally on the good report in addition to winning some of the most competitive pitches, of Roads and Transport Authority Dubai, Zespri Kiwi, Wasl Group and Harley –Davidson.

Mike is an intelligent Digital Project Manager that is Prince II. Having spent the last year working on his own property development company Matt is looking to rejoin the digital space.
During his time with Insider Journey, Mike took on several digital projects, educating himself on coding and html/CSS, delivering a 4000-page website rebuild and an integrated CRM system that was used company wide.

Ram is passionate about marketing, communication and technology. He has worked across senior and executive level positions at Fortune 500 companies, startups and agencies and has spent most of his career growing brands, building communities, and innovating in marketing. His desire for start-ups and brand growth has allowed him to immerse himself into the brand and build strategies that allow them to become a household name, and change public perception.
Ram’s knowledge comes from over 15 years of experience within the marketing industry. In that time he has lead extensive integrated marketing strategies across a spectrum of channels from print to website to social to mobile. Not only has he managed teams of marketers, but Ram has managed teams of 20 across strategy, production, content, UX, design and development. He understands the importance of a cohesive community for a seamless marketing campaign.
Ram understands the importance of analysing marketing campaigns and has successfully done so ensuring rapid growth in revenue, sales and partnerships/sponsorship. He has been recognised for developing robust transformation programs to drive growth with proven ability to help teams excel, build brands, grow user numbers and drive sales. KIRSTEN | SENIOR DIGITAL STRATEGIST
Kirsten has very recently relocated to Sydney from Canada with the intention of being based here for the long term. This candidate is an experienced strategist who has worked on a number of large clients with one of the leading global agencies in Canada and is looking to continue her career in Strategy and Planning in Sydney.
Kirsten presents and communicates extremely well, and upon meeting with her, it is obvious that she is extremely switched on, motivated and doesn’t mind taking on challenges in her life.
Having completed a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Kirsten worked in PR agency for a year and a half before returning to study a Masters degree in International Business with a focus on human- centred design approach (Design Thinking).
Kirsten then secured a permanent role at a startup strategy and management consultancy working across a big cross section on banking and real estate clients. Her work was instrumental in delivering one of the biggest conferences in Canada where she worked on the entire digital and social strategy for this piece of work and managed a team of 10. She was also seconded in Beijing based on her work.
Kirsten’s work was recognised and was poached by this global agency in Canada, and for the first 3 months was the only strategist here. She spent equal amounts of time working on McDonald’s, Volkswagen and Johnson & Johnson.
The agency where she was working was the digital agency for McDonalds- Worked on all Strategy and Planning across Mobile, Website Content, Display, Video, Search, Social etc. and she was responsible for overseeing all regional digital campaigns, as well as the adaptation of all French national campaigns for McDonald’s. She also created the entire Social Strategy in French and successfully launched Instagram for McDonald’s in Quebec.
Volkswagen was a challenging account as the campaigns were exactly the same- discounts for Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter. However, Kirsten’s role was to strategise new ways of “selling” the same discount quarterly. She also managed the traditional channels (OOH, Print, Radio, TV) and oversaw execution of all campaigns.
Johnson & Johnson was a pure strategy role without execution, as the agency had been contracted to produce digital strategy on A monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. For eg. Launch on new cleansing wipes across the region involved intensive market study, segmentation on demographics (Quebec vs rest of Canada), influencing target audience through YouTube, Blogs, Social etc.

GEORGE | SENIOR TECHNICAL DIGITAL PRODUCER
George is an experienced digital producer/ project manager with strong roots in technical development having worked at some of the biggest software houses, consultancies and agencies in Sydney.
A certified Project Management and SCRUM Master, George enjoys working on large, complex technical builds where she is in and amongst the latest technology. Testament to her passion for tech is her previous experience working at a development house where she was involved in multiple Agile projects working with RUP.
George has a thorough understanding of the project management process, adepts at managing multiple projects simultaneously to budget, on scope ensuring she is managing resources where needed. She is able to write detailed technical specifications, product road maps, requirement gathering, wireframe designs, etc.
George has worked on most CMS’ including Sitecore, Drupal, Ektron, WordPress, AEM/ CQ5, etc. and has worked on extremely complex projects platform builds for example, a $1m build of a platform for a local TV channel and also played a big part in a 3 year build of the e-Tax platform for the ATO (valued at $3million).
A true hybrid, George also doubles as a BA and tester when needed, is able to work on complex integration projects. Previously, Georgie has also worked on blue chip clients including McDonald’s, NRMA, Virgin Money, NSW Government, Channel 10 and did the implementation of the Foxtel corporate website where she was also acting as the change manager.

Amy is a highly motivated, innovative and results driven hybrid, with 8+ years’ local and international experience working in a number of different roles within agencies across digital marketing, app and web development, social, etc. In her most recent role, she’s been working in creative comms agency in a client services role and has been here for over 3 years.
Amy spent 2.5+ years in London working with brands in automotive and media. She has developed exceptional multi-tasking skills with a strong ability to plan, prioritise and manage complex projects under aggressive timelines.
Her achievements include the leadership of a team in the successful delivery of a virtual dealership proof of concept for a luxury car brand. This successful POC became a fully realised system that was exhibited at the Paris Car Show. Additionally, she managed the growth of the Channel 4 account from a standalone iPad app to a fully integrated campaign which included the 4oD iOS, Android and Web apps as well as the digital roadmap for Channel 4’s future offerings.
