Gavin | Strategy Director
Gavin is a senior digital communications professional with over 11 years experience working within client-side marketing and consumer insight as well as communications strategy in a media agency environment. Throughout his career, his focus has remained squarely on bridging the intersection between a business’ objectives and a consumer’s behaviour in order to deliver meaningful business and communication outcomes by maintaining both, an intuitive and data-lead approach to strategic thinking.

With over 6 years’ experience in production, Peter is a project manager specialised in digital and content production. Peter is interested in new challenges and he is now looking for more variety in terms of projects and clients.
In Peter’s previous roles, he has worked on big brands the likes of Westpac, Nestle, Audi, Unilever, Hendrick’s Gin, Ralf Lauren etc. With experience in both, Paris and Sydney, Peter has worked for clients from different countries (France, UK, Belgium, Germany, Morocco, USA, Australia and New-Zealand) that give him the opportunity to work on many different markets and audiences.
Peter is able to manage different kinds of projects and different teams in many environments. With a strong technical background, he is a specialist in website production and full digital ecosystem integration.

George | Senior Digital Producer/ Project Manager
George is an experienced digital producer/ project manager with strong roots in technical development having worked at some of the biggest software houses, consultancies and agencies in Sydney.
A certified Project Management and SCRUM Master, George enjoys working on large, complex technical builds where she is in and amongst the latest technology. Testament to her passion for tech is her previous experience working at a development house where she was involved in multiple Agile projects working with RUP.
George has a thorough understanding of the project management process, adepts at managing multiple projects simultaneously to budget, on scope ensuring she is managing resources where needed. She is able to write detailed technical specifications, product road maps, requirement gathering, wireframe designs, etc.
George has worked on most CMS’ including Sitecore, Drupal, Ektron, WordPress, AEM/ CQ5, etc. and has worked on extremely complex projects platform builds for example, a $1m build of a platform for a local TV channel and also played a big part in a 3 year build of the e-Tax platform for the ATO (valued at $3million).
A true hybrid, George also doubles as a BA and tester when needed, is able to work on complex integration projects. Previously, Georgie has also worked on blue chip clients including McDonald’s, NRMA, Virgin Money, NSW Government, Channel 10 and did the implementation of the Foxtel corporate website where she was also acting as the change manager.

Amy| Senior Account Manager/ AD
Amy is a highly motivated, innovative and results driven hybrid, with 8+ years’ local and international experience working in a number of different roles within agencies across digital marketing, app and web development, social, etc. In her most recent role, she’s been working in creative comms agency in a client services role and has been here for over 3 years.
Amy spent 2.5+ years in London working with brands such as Channel 4, Jaguar / Landrover, and has developed exceptional multi-tasking skills with a strong ability to plan, prioritise and manage complex projects under aggressive timelines.
Her achievements include the leadership of a team in the successful delivery of a virtual dealership proof of concept for Jaguar. This successful POC became a fully realised system that was exhibited at the Paris Car Show. Additionally, she managed the growth of the Channel 4 account from a standalone iPad app to a fully integrated campaign which included the 4oD iOS, Android and Web apps as well as the digital roadmap for Channel 4’s future offerings. Jen| Digital Strategist
Jen has very recently relocated to Sydney from Montreal with the intention of being based here for the long term. Jen is an experienced strategist who has worked on a number of large clients with a leading global agency in Montreal and is looking to continue her career in Strategy and Planning in Sydney.
Jen presents and communicates extremely well, and upon meeting with her, it is obvious that she is extremely switched on, motivated and doesn’t mind taking on challenges in her life. Having completed a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Jen worked in PR agency for a year and a half before returning to study a Masters degree in International Business with a focus on human- centred design approach (Design Thinking).
Jen secured a permanent role at a startup strategy and management consultancy working across a big cross section on banking and real estate clients. Her work was instrumental in delivering one of the biggest “TedX” type conferences in Montreal where she worked on the entire digital and social strategy for this piece of work and managed a team of 10. She was also seconded to Beijing based on her work- ideating on commercial and marketing strategy for a local client.
Jen’s work was recognised and was poached by an agency Montreal, and for the first 3 months was the only strategist at this global agency. Jen worked across Mobile, Website Content, Display, Video, Search, Social etc. She spent equal amounts of time working on McDonald’s, Volkswagen and Johnson & Johnson- working on strategy & planning, and also implementation and execution of said strategies.

Jase is a seasoned agency professional with over 20 years’ experience in agency land (of all types and sizes), he’s gained a huge breadth of experience across many industries, businesses and client (personality) types. Guy is a very experienced freelance Digital Producer that has managed projects for a number of agencies across responsive websites, applications, EDMs, social content, rich media ads and analytics. Guy is experienced working in Agile and has worked with a wide range of content management systems.
During his career Guy has worked across several notable projects and clients including a large multi national campaign for an Australian travel brand. The project was initially managed by another Producer until a decision was made to replace them with Guy. The campaign ran for 6 months in all and by all accounts was a great success. Guy was responsible for managing an online competition and an application.
