George | Senior Technical Producer / Project Manager
George is an experienced digital producer/ project manager with strong roots in technical development having worked at some of the biggest software houses, consultancies and agencies in Sydney.
A certified Project Management and SCRUM Master, George enjoys working on large, complex technical builds where he is in and amongst the latest technology. Testament to his passion for tech is his previous experience working at a development house where he was involved in multiple Agile projects working with RUP.
George has a thorough understanding of the project management process, adepts at managing multiple projects simultaneously to budget, on scope ensuring he is managing resources where needed. He is able to write detailed technical specifications, product road maps, requirement gathering, wireframe designs, etc.
George has worked on most CMS’ including Sitecore, Drupal, Ektron, WordPress, AEM/ CQ5, etc. and has worked on extremely complex projects platform builds. For example, a $1m build of a platform for a local TV channel and also played a big part in a 3-year build of the e-Tax platform for the ATO (valued at $3million).
A true hybrid, George also doubles as a BA and tester when needed, is able to work on complex integration projects. Previously, George has also worked on blue chip clients including McDonald’s, NRMA, Virgin Money, NSW Government, Channel 10 and did the implementation of the Foxtel corporate website where she was also acting as the change manager.
Paul | Senior Digital Producer
Peter has extensive experience across a wide range of projects and within roles that align with the requirements of this brief. He has established and managed project teams and is familiar with agile, scrum and waterfall methodologies.
He has worked within multidisciplinary teams comprising digital strategists and creatives, digital designer, UX architects and development teams (including .NET, HTML & JS, iOS, android etc plus multiple platforms) to deliver projects and programmes of work. He has always worked, be that either as a PM, producer, EP or project director with an eye on the overall picture, but with close attention to detail.
Right now he is currently looking at short to medium term contract or freelance work having finished several agency roles that involved responsibility for significant projects in additional to team management responsibilities.
Paul is client focused and able to own relationships with the client in either a business sense or project specific sense. He has always insured that internal team members are valued and relationships are maintained, roles and responsibilities are clear and deliverables are met. As the person responsible for delivery he likes to proactively manage risk.
Kevin | Social Media Manager/Graphic Designer
Kevin is a hybrid Social Media Manager that has come from an extensive Graphic Design background. In his current role, Kevin is responsible for Social Media strategy, planning, community management, conception and paid media for several premium brands in FMCG and home entertainment.
More recently Kevin has been working for a recognisably innovative agency working cross-industry. During his time with the company, he has developed an impressive skill set working closely with the creative team as well as account services. Kevin often finds himself involved with pitching and presenting to clients. He has previously been responsible for a social budget of over $1 million and his large brand experience is evident.
During his career, Kevin has become adept at using a multitude of tools including but not limited to Hootsuite, Social Bakers, Photoshop and Illustrator. he is a creative individual that is a skilled writer and a strong eye for detail and strategy.

Sahara is an experienced Digital Professional that has worked within the industry since leaving high school in 2005. Sahara started her career within print but soon recognized the shift to online and took a Bachelor in Media and Interned with a large international agency.
Sahara has progressed quickly from Account Executive and worked with a number of large accounts with a good cross section of industry from healthcare through to telecommunications. Sahara is a strong candidate with strong organizational skills and a good knowledge of e-commerce.
As a sales person, Sahara comes across as very driven and determined. Having recently completed a Masters in Digital Communications and Culture Stephanie is available for short or long term contract opportunities.
Bianca | Digital Producer/Project Manager
Bianca is an accomplished Producer that has held both permanent and contract roles agency and client side. Most recently Bianca has been working for Ogilvy in a Project Management position working alongside an Account Services team delivering end to end projects for digital, TV and print.
Previously Bianca has worked in Production roles for advertising an broadcasters and has a very creative mind-set. Bianca presents well, is extremely comfortable in front of clients and has strong budgeting experience. Bianca has a wide experience range across a career within advertising that has lasted 17 years all in all. She has a great energy and works well with a collaborative creative team.
