Garry | Strategy Director
Garry is a senior communications professional with over 11 years experience working within client-side marketing and consumer insight as well as communications strategy in a media agency environment. Throughout his career, his focus has remained squarely on bridging the intersection between a business’ objectives and a consumer’s behaviour in order to deliver meaningful business and communication outcomes by maintaining both, an intuitive and data-lead approach to strategic thinking.
Working at Coles he was responsible for turning customer insights into business actions. When his career pivoted to communications strategy in media, he focused on understanding and mapping consumer behaviour against purchase cycles with particular emphasis on multi-channels (paid, social and owned) for blue-chip brands such as NAB, GE, and most recently Telstra.

Melissa | Senior Account Manager
Melissa is experienced in managing integrated campaigns end to end, for 5 years across a myriad of brands ranging from retail, FMCG, telecommunications and service industries. She also has extensive digital and direct specific experience; developing EDMs, digital banners, app development and website builds (front and back end) including the development of the e-commerce websites for Ladakh and YD.
Melissa has worked on big scale brands such as Optus, non co and Aldi, which due to the nature of their business, require quick turnarounds and the building of relationships across multiple stakeholders and partners. She has an innate focus on action and delivering results and was the key Account Manager on the KMS Shags campaign, which lead to a 27% in sales revenue, increased brand awareness and creative recognition resulting in 5x industry awards. More recently whilst working with the Optus team, she helped deliver the campaign which led to Optus experiencing their highest pre-Christmas period sales to date.
Innately interested in people, and with a genuinely positive attitude, she has the ability to get things done. All with a laugh along the way.

Robert | Senior Digital Producer
Robert is an experienced technical senior digital producer with agency and client side experience. Currently working as a technical digital producer/ PM, Robert is now in the market for a new opportunity.
Working across campaigns, eDMs, apps, websites and platform builds/ integration, Robert has been handling the full production/ project lifecycle from requirement gathering, scoping, costing, planning, scheduling, risk management, financial & budget management, project performance & reporting all the way through to feature enhancements as an on going service to clients.
Robert enjoys the technical side of production, especially his involvement in the UX process where he has been conducting workshops, creating wireframes and process flows. He has tackled large projects, from scoping and planning the production of $400k retail sites (Best and Less) to managing the complex back-end CMS integration between Southern Cross Media and Austereo.

Rod | Account Director
Rod is a very well- presented, articulate and experienced account services professional who has worked at a mix of advertising, experiential and integrated agencies over his extensive career.
His previous agencies have included the likes of Ogilvy, Iris, Innocean, GPJ, GHO, Momentum, etc. where he has managed multiple integrated campaigns within allocated budgets ranging from Digital, Content Marketing, Social Media, DM, Print, brand Campaigns, Sponsorships through to events.
Given his vast experience, Rod has a firm understanding of the bigger picture, where he always pushes for retained business, and has done so successfully in the past through finding common ground (being on the same frequency), no ego, but more importantly being an expert in your field and solid creative.
He focuses on gaining trust, where communication is extremely important through which he builds the clients’ confidence to ensure they believe that the agency wants what is best for their business. He also believes that every opportunity represents possibility of opening up more revenue streams/ extra revenue.
He has worked on a variety of blue chip clients like IBM, Hyundai, Kia, Sony, St. George Bank, Mastercard, etc.

Courtney | Senior Account Manager/ Digital Producer (Hybrid)
Courtney is driven to learn and excited about all things digital. With close to 5 years of experience in client facing roles, she is established in solving problems in order to deliver digital projects, solutions and campaigns that engage the right audience at the right time.
She is a specialist in digital project delivery, media management, team coordination and keeping clients happy. Courtney has worked on a range of clients from NFPs such as World Animal Protection to major IT providers such as HPE and Dimension Data and likes the challenges that come with each client.
Courtney is always searching for better ways to execute her campaigns and take previous learning into the future. Coming from a science background she understands the value of testing and basing decision on data rather than habit.
Courtney is across media, strategy, creative and technology, having worked on project in excess of $500k on media, creative, tech and strategy combined. She is currently managing builds of web apps, websites, microsites and landing pages and exclusively directing clients’ media spends while managing the projects with the client and also internally.
Courtney presents well, and it is easy to see that her personality would really shine through in any client-facing situation. She is looking to expand her horizon in digital and solve new problems that come with new clients and a new environment.

Ross | Account Manager/Digital Producer
Ross is an accomplished Account Manager and Digital Producer with various experience across agency and client businesses in project and client management, as well as events. With 5-6 years experience, he has worked across large accounts such as the Coca-Cola brands, Motorola, Commonwealth Bank, Allianz, Zurich, and Vero to name a few.
In his most recent roles Ross has been responsible for working across various digital projects end to end and has assisted in the delivery of microsites, web builds, rewards programs and SEO.
Ross also has experience building and creating content for businesses such as Rogues’ Gallery – a new video content startup which is experiencing rapid growth at the moment. He believes that the quality of work takes precedence over quantity, whilst using the right mediums to convey the right message. Ross is always keen to maintain positive client relationships and is always keen to attain new business to enhance his company’s reputation.

Ayden | Online Performance & Analytics Specialist
Ayden describes himself as a hybrid digital marketer/ data analyst- in his words, a digital marketer could work on data analysis and not the other way around. Ayden presents well, and comes from a strong pedigree in Digital Marketing, growth hacking, digital analysis background.
Ayden has extremely strong experience in analytics tools, from Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Google Analytics where he is expert at manipulating and interrogating data best practices. His analytical capacity extends to databases such as AS400 and MySQL, and is complemented by his ability to run the digital marketing function in a highly competitive market.
Ayden has constantly delivered to target, and have gone above and beyond to assist the business in achieving it’s targeted growth.
