Melissa – Senior Account Manager
Melissa is extremely strong on strategy with strong communication skills and has worked on digital strategy and build, social, integrated campaigns and has worked in a B2B and B2C environment. Melissa enjoys working in an environment where creativity is encouraged.
Melissa joined M&C Saatchi on a freelance basis after returning from 4 months extensive travelling and volunteering in Guatemala, Colombia and is working across IAG, Steggles and Optus. Prior to that, Melissa has worked at other well known large agencies such as BWM Dentsu, BMF, DDB on a freelance basis whilst travelling. Prior to that, Melissa was at Bashful for 3 years where she was promoted 3 times in 3 years.
Melissa has been awarded for her work on KAO Australia, on the ‘KMS Shags’ campaign, where she played a lead role in the ideation and campaign strategy. Melissa ideally wants a role where she can have long-term stability working with like-minded people to deliver award winning work.

Brett – Digital Media All Rounder
Brett completed his university degree in Commerce and Accounting, Brett has made the proactive decision to apply his analytical thought process and love for numbers within the digital media space. Brett had a strong base, having interned at Deloitte and then having the opportunity to work on contract at Microsoft where he was working on a $23m budget across the marketing division. His experience at the likes of Deloitte and Microsoft attracted the attention of Google where he was offered a one-year contract, and which is where he had the opportunity to really cut his teeth in media, working in a hybrid implementation, support and optimization capacity.
Having finished at Google, Brett moved on to Turn working in an advertising operations role, responsible for monitoring, reviewing, optimizing and providing recommendations for clients. He was approached by ex-university peers to join Benchmarketing, where this agency did not perform as expected and was unfortunately made redundant. Brett got experience working across programmatic here.
At Outbrain, Brett is again working across ad operations and online performance and analytics in a combined role, working with budgets averaging $75k a month and upwards. Brett is an extremely bright, confident and ambitious professional who presents extremely well and will be an excellent addition to any team.

Lucy – Social Media Manager/Content Manager

Jen – Account Director
Jen is a passionate multi-channel brand marketer, she works strategically with a great understanding of the creative process and excels in working to seek out opportunities to drive brands forward. With over 10 years industry experience she has worked both agency-side and in-house giving her broad operational knowledge and commercial awareness. She has the ability to work with or for clients to scope out projects, timeframes and project manage work to be delivered on time and within budget.
She has worked with a number of sectors with a specialism across fashion, retail, lifestyle and entertainment although embraces new opportunities. She also has a strong e-commerce background, managing the spectrum of digital marketing channels from social, EDM, affiliates, SEO, PPC, SEM along with UX and new technology development. Jen is comfortable working with developers and coders and has been responsible for the development of a number of new website builds and developments from working on wireframes to full deployment.

Phil – Account Services Lead
Phil has over fifteen years experience in customer facing roles most recently building an account services team whilst managing several large accounts worth around $4 million to his current business. His team consists of four Account Managers Phil has hired trained and mentored all from day one. His role is heavily focused on customer retention and Phil was instrumental in retaining the company’s largest account through effective analysis and evaluation retaining in excess of $1.8 million for the business.
Previously Phil has built his own freelance photography business from scratch, creating a workload that was unmanageable until it’s closure before his immigration to Australia four years ago. Phil focused on SEO, paid Social Media an Ad Words to grow the buisness, showing a good understanding of digital, a space he is evidently passionate about.

Jimmy is a digital professional that has experience within a number of Senior Production roles across several industries and numerous markets. In his most recent role, Jimmy was responsible for the Digital strategy of an alcohol brand in Zimbabwe. Results were impressive with the brand outselling 7 of the top ten international brands available in the country.
Previous agency experience within Australia is heavily agency focused having fulfilled a contract with The White Agency and a permanent position with Webqem as Senior Digital Producer. Jimmy has a strong understanding of digital, especially from a commercial perspective. He has strong communication skills and can maintain relationships both technical and non-technical with all stakeholders.

David – Senior technical Producer/Project Manager
David is an experienced digital professional that has a wealth of cross-industry experience working both client side and within large agency environments. With over 15 years experience delivering websites and integrated campaigns Derek has built an extensive skill set that would enable him to hit the ground running in a multitude of different projects.
David is an excellent problem solver that is able to take an overall view of projects due to his diverse experience. Able to work to both Lean and Agile methodologies David has strong technical ability and has extensive experience in designing frameworks for businesses looking to develop or transition into digital.
Having been an owner operator for eleven years of his career, growing the business to a team of twelve David has since worked for a number of large agencies in a freelance capacity. In his most recent project David effectively developed two brand new websites for a Real Estate Agent in a period of about five months.

Belinda is an experienced digital professional with over 8 years experience working as a digital producer and product manager on both, agency and client side. In terms of digital production, Belinda has managed both, campaign work and technical builds, and in the recent past has been contracting at the likes of Cummins & Partners, M&C Saatchi, NewCorp, DT Digital, GPY&R, Pollen, etc. on clients such as Optus, CBA, Foxtel and Emirates.
Belinda is adept at managing projects from ideation through to implementation and optimization. She is equally adept at scoping & estimating, writing functional specs, product roadmaps, scheduling, wireframing to deliver campaign and projects on budget and time.
