Rich | Head of Digital/ Senior Marketing Manager
Rich has ten years experience in digital marketing, both, agency and client side. He’s pitched, planned and led digital marketing campaigns aimed at driving growth, built teams and advocated digital innovation. In addition, Rich has also led both local and global projects with objectives ranging from broad brand awareness to conversion based ROI for a wide array of products, services and companies including television shows, live events, eCommerce platforms, digital TV applications and consumer brands.
From an agency point of view, Rich has devised and executed digital campaigns for a variety of clients such as Channel 4, E4, Yahoo, Island Records, Burberry, Panasonic, Universal Pictures as well as Red Bull amongst others.
From a ‘client’ side point of view Rich has most recently headed up the ANZ digital marketing for a global organisation where he created and managed a standalone digital marketing team of three digital specialists. Steve | HYBRID Senior Digital Producer/ Product Owner
Steve is a digital native that has worked in the space since the beginning of the digital age in the late 90’s. After several years working within his own businesses and within game design, Steve began his own consultancy freelancing as a Web Designer and a Digital Producer working both client side and with agencies. Most recently Steve has been working freelance delivering a number of websites and apps over 2 years. He played a lead role on a website project- working to a budget of $800,00 for 8 separate sites and collaborating with external agencies as well as internal resources.
Previously, during two spells contracting with a leading telco, Steve was responsible for delivering a new intranet/ “enterprise wiki” across the 15 departments within the company. In a business critical piece of work for the telco, Steve coordinated over 100 content providers, delivered training aids, updated all user software whilst engaging a number of external partners in a project that actually won him an award.
Steve has a wide and varied skill set having managed teams across countless end-to-end digital projects from a good cross section of industry, he has excellent stakeholder management skills and has also developed skills within Social Media and analytics. Brad has been working in social media analytics since 2005- pre Facebook and Twitter – at a global research company, who then sponsored him to come across to Sydney to set up the social media analytics team here.
After having spent 7 years with this research giant in the US and Australia, Brad was approached by a global Social agency and worked as their Senior Insights Analyst, prior to taking on the “Lead” analytics role at another large global creative agency.
